KK Building Supplies

At KK Building Supplies, we strive to provide quality products and excellent service. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. All approved returns are subject to a 30% overstock/restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. What Items Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unused and unopened

• In original packaging

• In resalable condition

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom-made or special-order products

3. Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• KK Building Supplies will cover return shipping only if the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.

4. Refund Method

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method are not available.

5. Refund Processing Time

Store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Condition Inspection

KK Building Supplies reserves the right to inspect all returned items. Items that do not meet return conditions may be rejected or returned to the customer at their expense.
