This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from KK Building Supplies LLC.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been shipped:

• Local (Texas): 1–7 business days

• Other U.S. States: 3–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are paid and calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping may apply to bulk orders or special orders, subject to approval by KK Building Supplies LLC.

4. Courier / Shipping Partners

We ship orders using the following carriers:

• UPS

• FedEx

• USPS

• Freight carriers (for bulk or oversized orders)

The carrier is selected based on order size, destination, and delivery method.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Special Orders can not be Canceled once confirmed & Paid.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

6. Payment Methods Accepted

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Cards

• Zelle

• Bank Transfer (ACH)

• Cash (for in-store pickup only)
