1. Return Window & Restocking Fee

Returns are accepted within 3 days of pickup from our Texas warehouse facility.

Note: All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the store credit amount.

2. Return Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items

To be eligible for a return, items brought back to our warehouse must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unused and unopened
• In original, undamaged packaging
• In clean, resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items Include:

• Custom-made, cut, or special-order products
• Items damaged during transportation after leaving our yard

3. Item Transportation & Returns Handling

The customer is entirely responsible for safely transporting and returning items back to our warehouse facility in Howe, TX.

KK Building Supplies is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during customer transport.

4. Refund Method

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Cash refunds or refunds back to original credit/debit payment methods are not available.

5. Refund Processing Time

Store credit will be applied to your account within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

6. Condition & Inspection Rights

KK Building Supplies reserves the right to inspect all returned materials at the time of return. Items that fail to meet our return conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.
