Fulfillment & Pickup Policy

Please note that KK Building Supplies does not offer shipping or freight delivery services. All orders placed online, over the phone, or in person must be picked up directly from our local facility.

2. Order Processing & Readiness

• Notification: You will receive an email or phone call once your order is processed and staged for collection.
• Verification: Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation number when picking up your items.
• Vehicle Requirements: Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle or trailer is capable of safely transporting materials. Our warehouse team will assist with loading.

3. Pickup Timelines

Orders must be picked up within 7 business days of readiness notification unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
