KK Building Supplies LLC sells building materials and related finishing products. All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Full payment is required before an order is staged or released at our facility.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, stock inaccuracies, or suspected fraud.

4. Fulfillment Policy (Pickup Only)

KK Building Supplies LLC operates strictly on a local pickup model from our shop and warehouse facility.

• All orders must be collected directly from our facility located at 811 N Collins Fwy, Howe, TX 75459.
• Customers are responsible for providing appropriate vehicles and secure transport for all loaded materials.
• Pickup verification (photo ID and order confirmation) is required upon arrival.

5. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed strictly by our official Return & Refund Policy:

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of pickup at our warehouse facility.
• All approved returns are subject to a 30% overstock/restocking fee.
• Refunds are issued as store credit only. Cash or original payment method refunds are not provided.
• Custom-made, cut, or special-order products are non-returnable.

6. Material Inspection & Damaged Items

Customers are required to inspect all items prior to loading and leaving our shop/warehouse facility. KK Building Supplies LLC is not liable for damage incurred during customer transportation after items have departed our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KK Building Supplies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or transport of our products or services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, images, and website materials provided by KK Building Supplies LLC are the property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law
